I can’t even tell you how much I just LOVE Mondays and the ladies I get to workout with. It’s seriously one of the highlights of my entire week. I love it so much! Today, was awesome, so of course I’ll share with you the workout that we did.
The best part about this weeks workout is that it can be broken up into 1, 2 3, or 4 different parts so you don’t have to do it all at one time if you don’t have the time…because well, let’s be honest…blowouts happen, library books are overdue, and there’s no food in the fridge. Sometimes all we can give is 10 minutes. That 10 minutes will be well worth it I promise. Do your body and mind a favor and break a sweat!
