Don’t you just LOVE Mondays??!! Honestly, I look forward to Mondays every single week. I love meeting with some of the best girls around to get my sweat on. This is what we did today. You don’t need any equipment, gym, or weights. All you need is a willing mind and a little body weight. Or a lot of body weight…hey, we’ve all gotta start somewhere! 🙂 Click here to download your free copy of the full body workout and get the low down on what to do when! Now go get sweaty!!

*Note: You CAN add weights to some of these exercises for more of a challenge, but totally don’t need to. Push yourself every single day and you’ll see results!

Hi, I'm Shanell!
