Sweaty Saturday with the Bosu Ball

Here’s a great, quick, and effective workout you can with a Bosu Ball. These balls are amazing and you can do SOO much with them! This workout here is a full body workout that you’re sure to feel the next day! 🙂 Complete each exercise for 45 seconds each with a 15 second rest between each one. Repeat for 3 full rounds.

Pushups

Up Down Planks

Slow Side to Side Planks

Mountain Climbers

Jump Squats
