Who’s ready for a sweaty Saturday?!! Here’s a nice workout you can do on the treadmill. It will make you sweat which makes your happy! 🙂
Warm up with a 10 minute jog then complete each of the listed exercises for 1 minute each with a 10 second rest in between:
Walking Plank (to the left): Speed set at 0.7
Walking Plank with Pushup (to the left)
Walking Plank (to the right)
Walking Plank (to the right)
Defensive Slides to the right: Speed set at 2.3
Defensive Slides to the left
Cross Overs to the right
Cross Overs to the left
Uphill Tippy Toes (incline set at 15%): Speed set at 3.0
Uphill Tippy Toes back pedal (incline set at 15%)
