Summertime is always busy and fun and hot and sweaty and go go go, am I right?! I love it, but sometimes it makes having a good healthy lunch a hard task. These are the perfect solution to all your busy summer days. They are so quick, yummy, and healthy. Perfect for both you AND the kids.
We call them Turkey Roll-ups. Basically it’s just a piece of deli turkey meat, with whatever you want inside. We usually put in a couple pieces of spinach (chopped up for my picky eaters), a couple of sliced pickles, and some cheese. I like to add some sliced red or orange bell peppers to mine. Next just roll them up and pass them around. We usually pair it with some fruit or carrots as well. So yummy and easy peasy! Give it a go!
