I mentioned yesterday over on my Instagram @shanell_for_real how hard it is to stay fit and motivated while traveling and just during the holiday season in general. SO because I love you…(and I need this myself) I’m going to be uploading some easy to download/read printable workouts for you to try at home. All you’ll really need are some hand weights and maybe a yoga mat. That’s it! Push yourself however you feel like you can. If all you have is 10 minutes at a gas station while stopped for the 1,235th time to let your toddler pee…bust out a 10 minute workout. You can do it! Here’s to having a healthy holiday season!
