Have you ever seen those people at the gym move big ropes up and down and wonder, “what the heck are they doing?” Well let me tell ya, those ropes are heavy ropes called “battle ropes” and I promise it’s a lot harder than it looks! Today’s Sweaty Saturday is all about those ropes! I chose 5 exercises and did each one for 45 seconds, then would rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the 5 exercise circuit 3 times through. You will sweat. I promise. Have fun!!
