Monday Meltdown with Socks

Here’s this weeks Monday Meltdown! I hope you get to sweat as much as I did. This is a good one! Comment below if you have any questions on any of the workout, or of course feel free to email me too. 🙂 Have a good workout!

First of all, I just need to say, because I know you are all thinking it…sorry for the lack of music. The truth is I don’t have any music on my phone or computer. I use Spotify for everything. So maybe you could just turn your music up as you watch this video and everything will seem just peachy. K, thanks. 🙂 Seriously Shanell, just buy some music! Anyway, Here’s the scoop:

We did an 8 minute warm up, 2 rounds of these 4 stations, and then a 5 minute sock workout.

Warm up: Perform each exercise for 30 with no rest in between. Repeat 2 X’s.

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Butt Kicks
  • Skaters
  • Plank Jacks
  • Ski Jumps
  • Plank to a T
  • Switch Kicks
  • Mountain Climbers

Stations: Complete each exercise for 45 seconds each with 10 seconds rest in between. 30 Seconds of rest between each station. Repeat 2 X’s.

Upper Body:

  1. Around the world shoulders
  2. Regular to reverse grip bicep curl
  3. Plank Tricep kickbacks
  4. Push-up to a T

Lower Body:

  1. Around the World Lunges
  2. Elbow to Knee Sumo Squat Hold
  3. Jack Squats
  4. Slow defensive slides

Core:

  1. Plank to pike to arm travel
  2. Slow alternating leg raises
  3. Knee tuck to leg raise
  4. Heel Touches

Cardio:

  1. Knee to opposite elbow mountain climbers
  2. Opposite Butt Kicks
  3. Plank Jacks
  4. In and Out Jump Squats

Now take off them shoes and slide in your socks!

Complete each exercise for 50 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between! Have fun!!!

  1. Plank In and Outs
  2. Plank Lateral In and Outs
  3. Obliques
  4. Lifted Lateral In and Outs
  5. Lifted In and Outs
