First of all, I just need to say, because I know you are all thinking it…sorry for the lack of music. The truth is I don’t have any music on my phone or computer. I use Spotify for everything. So maybe you could just turn your music up as you watch this video and everything will seem just peachy. K, thanks. 🙂 Seriously Shanell, just buy some music! Anyway, Here’s the scoop:
We did an 8 minute warm up, 2 rounds of these 4 stations, and then a 5 minute sock workout.
Warm up: Perform each exercise for 30 with no rest in between. Repeat 2 X’s.
- Jumping Jacks
- Butt Kicks
- Skaters
- Plank Jacks
- Ski Jumps
- Plank to a T
- Switch Kicks
- Mountain Climbers
Stations: Complete each exercise for 45 seconds each with 10 seconds rest in between. 30 Seconds of rest between each station. Repeat 2 X’s.
Upper Body:
- Around the world shoulders
- Regular to reverse grip bicep curl
- Plank Tricep kickbacks
- Push-up to a T
Lower Body:
- Around the World Lunges
- Elbow to Knee Sumo Squat Hold
- Jack Squats
- Slow defensive slides
Core:
- Plank to pike to arm travel
- Slow alternating leg raises
- Knee tuck to leg raise
- Heel Touches
Cardio:
- Knee to opposite elbow mountain climbers
- Opposite Butt Kicks
- Plank Jacks
- In and Out Jump Squats
Now take off them shoes and slide in your socks!

Complete each exercise for 50 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between! Have fun!!!
