These fries are the BOMB! I could probably eat these every single day of my life and STILL not get sick of them. Okay, maybe not every single day, but…maybe every other. 😉  If your a fan of fries (like most people), you will be a fan of these!

Ingredients
- 2 Russet Baking Potatoes
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- Other:
- Parchment Paper
- Ice Bath
Instructions
- Cut two large baking potatoes into fry size pieces and place in a bowl of ice water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425 F with two cookie sheets inside. *IMPORTANT STEP*
- Dry off the potatoes and place in a bowl.
- Melt coconut oil and drizzle over potatoes, tossing to coat evenly.
- Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to potatoes. Toss to coat.
- Remove cookie sheets from oven and line them with parchment paper.
- Pour half of the potatoes onto one sheet, and the other onto the other sheet so they are in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then broil for another 5 to add a little crispiness.
