Here’s a quick, but awesome workout you can do with a plate at the gym. Do each exercise for 1 full minute with a 20 second rest in between. Repeat the circuit X 3 and you’re done!
1. Push Pulls
2. Leg Raise with Plate Raise
3. Feet Planted Russian Twist
This workout uses your arms, shoulders, chest, abs, legs, obliques, and probably other muscles you didn’t even know existed until you wake up tomorrow morning. 😉 Now, go workout!
