Here’s the bootcamp workout from this morning’s class. It was another good one! The video goes in order of the PDF printable so you can follow along!
We’ve got a good mix of cardio and strength with an awesome burnout session at the very end. We used lots of body weight, but also added some extra weight with some kettlebells and dumbbells as well.
