Here’s today’s sweaty Saturday! I love being able to pick a weight and use it for the entire workout! All you need is a barbell and a bench. It’s legs again…sorry I’ve posted legs so much lately. I’ll make sure and post some upper body next time.
Complete each exercise for 45 seconds with 20 seconds rest in between. Repeat circuit 3 times through.
1. Weighted alternating lunges
2. Weighted pelvic thrusts
3. Right leg deadlift
4. Left leg deadlift
5. Front squat
Make sure you stretch afterwards because these will make you sore!
