This will make your back, biceps and forearms burn. Or maybe I’m just weak sauce so it made MINE burn, but either way, you should definately try it! I did 3 sets of 12 for each exercise. Enjoy!
Wide grip lat Pull downs
Close grip, reverse lat pull downs
Tricep pull downs
Two handed pull down on the machine
