This will make your back, biceps and forearms burn. Or maybe I’m just weak sauce so it made MINE burn, but either way, you should definately try it! I did 3 sets of 12 for each exercise. Enjoy!

Wide grip lat Pull downs

Close grip, reverse lat pull downs

Chest pulls

Tricep pull downs

Two handed pull down on the machine

Right handed

Left handed

(Watch the video for tutorials because honestly I have no idea what the official names to the moves are haha.)
